Herman Lotey

Director

Herman has over 10 years of professional experience working in the sports industry. An experienced leader in sport with strong networks with Government organisations, businesses and community leaders. 

 Herman was awarded the NSW Premier's Multicultural Community ''Sports Medal'' Winner 2023.

Prior to becoming the Director of Australian International Sports Organisation Herman was the Multicultural Participation Specialist at Cricket NSW. His role was to strategically influence internal and external stakeholders to drive participation opportunities and outcomes for emerging and growing multicultural communities across NSW and the ACT.

His work with Cricket NSW and Cricket Australia was recognised as it won the Australian Multicultural Marketing Media Awards 'Sports Category' for 2 years.

Herman is also the founder of the Winter Cricket Cup. The WCC is a T20 cricket tournament that runs during winter in Sydney. Over 500 players from 24 clubs take part in the competition. Herman now sits on the board of the WCC association, providing ongoing guidance with governance structure and administrative support to ensure the delivery of a professional cricket competition.


Nicholas Toscan

Director

With 25 years competing in community sport, and over 10 years working in the sports industry, Nicholas focuses on a passionate, strategic and localised approach to help your organisation achieve your goals through sport with the Australian International Sports Organisation.

Graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the Australian Catholic University, Nicholas has always been passionate about sport and physical activity for all members of the community.

Throughout his career to date, Nicholas has worked in a variety of environments in the sports industry. In 2012 he was selected as 1 of 12 Cricket Australia Multicultural Ambassador’s for the Commonwealth Bank Multicultural and Talent Leadership Program with his Italian heritage, which led to being apart of the inaugural Multicultural ‘Mosaic’ Program at Cricket NSW and then as a Marketing Assistant with the Sydney Thunder in BBL|03.

For the following 4 years, Nicholas was the Development Manager – Sydney North West at Cricket NSW covering the Hawkesbury, Blacktown and Hills Shire local Government Areas to help inspire the next generation of fans and participants. Nicholas worked extremely closely with a wide range of stakeholders including Cricket Clubs, Cricket Associations, Local Government and Schools and this lead to a spike in participation from 12,500 participants to 20,000 participants in the region. In addition to his Development Manager role, he was the head coach of the Thunder Nation Cup All Stars team and was seconded as the Assistant Team Manager for the Sydney Thunder in BBL|06.

Nicholas played Premier Cricket at Hawkesbury Cricket Club for 8 years and captained the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grade sides. He was runner up in the ‘Captain of the Year’ award for 4th Grade in season 2017/18. He has also been a member of the Committee at Hawkesbury CC as Grants Coordinator between 2018 and 2020. Nicholas has also represented Lowland Wanderers FC and Glossodia FC in the Nepean District Soccer Football Association.


Tim Suggate

Head of Programs

Tim has been working in the sporting landscape for over 10 years and been playing sports his entire life. He has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles within different sporting organisations. Tim`s main role is to provide opportunities for great sporting experiences for all. By making the process as smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved as possible.

Tim graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Sports Coaching and Administration from the Australian College of Physical Education. Tim continues his life long passion for sports by still playing and coaching for his local football club Kissing Point Football Club. 

Tim has  previously taken on roles working with a wide range of ages and stakeholders. Including Junior Sport Coordinator in schools, Head of Coach Development and Program Manager for a private sports coaching company.


Jamie Dib

Operations Officer

Jamie is extremely passionate about utilising sport to improve the quality of individuals lives. Jamie has been involved with sport at elite and community environments as an administrator, coach and athlete. 

Having previously worked within schools, Jamie has experience in creating and delivering specific programs to cater for different individuals. Jamie has also previously worked at Football NSW, where he combined his passion for soccer and futsal to create meaningful programs to increase growth of the sports. A large part of his role was to deliver futsal competitions to schools across regional and metro NSW. 

Jamie is a current player of the Australian National Futsal team (Futsalroos), and was selected in the 2024 Asian Cup Squad which competed in Thailand. In addition, Jamie also has experience coaching in elite environments, where he is currently coaching at in Western Sydney Wanderers Academy. However, he has previously held roles as a Technical Director at other clubs within NSW. 

Jamie believes that sport is an opportunity to bring people and communities together and is passionate about making a difference.
